Origin: Russia, 2014.

State: New, Unissued.

Material: Cotton & Wool.
Not OTK stamped

Newly made Russian Black Berets for Navy or Tank troops.
Shaped as Navy Infantry hats (slight difference in lower band, fabric used & fitting).
But can also be used for Tankist troops.

Original Soviet Insignia added later on (can be replaced).
Use most likely for Parade or Gift.

All are in new condition and as on photo

Not all are stamped or have label. (see last photo)

Best to wear on an angle or floating style.
