Viktor Mikhailovich Korobkov ( March 4 , 1929 , Feodosia , Crimean ASSR , RSFSR - March 9 , 1944 , ibid.) - participant in the anti-fascist resistance during the Great Patriotic War .

 

Born into a working-class family, he grew up in Feodosia. He studied at secondary school No. 4, for excellent studies he was twice awarded a ticket to the Artek pioneer camp . Also having a photographic memory. 

 

During the German occupation of Crimea, he helped his father, a member of the city underground organization Mikhail Korobkov. Through Vitya Korobkov, communication was maintained between members of partisan groups hiding in the Old Crimean forest . He collected information about the enemy, took part in printing and distributing leaflets . He lived in building 8 on modern Ukrainian Street. Later he became a scout for the 3rd Brigade of the Eastern Association of Crimean Partisans .

 

On February 16, 1944, father and son Korobkov came to Feodosia with their next assignment, but 2 days later they were arrested by the Gestapo . For more than two weeks they were interrogated and tortured by the Gestapo , then they were shot - first by the father, and on March 9 - by his son. Five days before the execution, Vita Korobkov turned fifteen years old.

 

By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, Vitya Korobkov was posthumously awarded the medal “For Courage” .
