Meet sukhariki: small pieces of dried bread with a bite and no shortage of seasoning.
These come from Ukraine’s Flint, a familiar name in the bread-snack business for over 20 years.
Flint has its roots in Synelnykove, a railway town southeast of Dnipro, in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region.
The town grew around its railway stations in the 19th century.
Here, Flint grew from a local bread-making operation into a snack brand that reached shop shelves in 2002. Its producer bakes its own rye bread bread before turning it into those loudly seasoned, unmistakably crunchy sukhariki.
This *BACON version delivers smoky, salty, savoury flavour, followed by the toasted taste of wheat and rye bread. Dense, crunchy little bites that encourage the eater to eat.
Across Eastern Europe, sukhariki belongs to the everyday snack world: corner shops, journeys, gaming sessions and something shared between friends. For people who grew up eating them, a familiar packet can bring back a whole setting. For newcomers, this is a very easy introduction.
Our 110 g Mega Pack gives you enough to share. Whether you announce that you have opened it is your own moral problem.
Best enjoyed straight from the bag, preferably with a cold kvass and very little worries.
*100% Hallah
