These are the matching Vz.92 military work trousers, produced for the Czech Army by OTAVAN of Třeboň.
And like the jacket, the strange brown/green mottled camouflage wasn't trying particularly hard to turn you into a tree.
It was workwear.
The chaotic pattern is particularly good at disguising exactly what soldiers working around machinery tend to acquire: oil, grease, dirt and stains. Czech military-surplus documentation actually mentions this as one of the practical advantages of Vz.92.
The trousers themselves are wonderfully simple military workwear: button fly, internal drawstring waist, two open side pockets and one large button-closing rear pocket. The knees are reinforced, while the bottoms of the legs are elasticated to keep them snug around boots.
And this particular pair appears unissued, complete with its clean OTAVAN Třeboň 170/88 manufacturer's label.
Wear them for work. Wear them hiking. Destroy them underneath a car, love them.
