An Albanian-made version of one of the most recognizable pieces of Communist military equipment: the Type 56-pattern “Chicom” chest rig.
Based closely on the Chinese design, these simple cotton-canvas rigs were produced in Albania for the Albanian armed forces during the country's Communist period.
The layout consists of three central ammunition pouches intended for AK-pattern magazines, accompanied by smaller utility pockets for additional field equipment or pineapples.
No MOLLE. No plastic buckles. No unnecessary engineering. Just canvas, wooden toggles and enough ammunition to make the concept work.
Lightweight, unbreakable and with just enough storage space to make a difference.
