The cut of uniform is interesting but even more the label : English Chief Raiders combat uniform.
Russian labels reading roughly “reliable goods” and insignia of a hammer.
The translation is not proper russian, which is normal for Chinese contractor.
Cut is modern tactical style: velcro panels, zip pockets, sleeve pocket, high collar, front closure and reinforced-looking field jacket construction. Not a standard army jacket but very much private contractor / security / grey-zone surplus.
Whilst I can legally neither confirm or deny any connection to Private military group "Wagner".
