One of the considerably less common bits of modern Turkish surplus.
Original Turkish Air Force (Türk Hava Kuvvetleri / T.H.K.) combat jacket in their distinctive blue-toned camouflage.
Where the Turkish Army went for the wonderfully strange brown/green M2008 camouflage, the Air Force apparently looked at the sky and decided:
Yes, We need Camouflage against that.”
This is the shorter combat/field jacket, rather than the heavier hooded parka. At around 900 grams, it's still a substantial military jacket but considerably easier to wear as an everyday piece.
Proper military construction with the practical pocket-heavy cut you'd expect from modern Turkish issue clothing, finished in that extremely recognizable blue/grey Air Force camouflage.
These are issued examples, so expect normal signs of military use and storage rather than pristine deadstock.
