Original Turkish Land Forces (Kara Kuvvetleri Komutanlığı / K.K.K.) field parka, manufactured around 2015 and still carrying its original military contract label.
Made from tough ripstop camouflage fabric in Turkey's wonderfully strange tan, green and reddish-brown pattern. It's a proper substantial military parka at around 1.3 kg, with a large protective hood, heavy front zip and multiple zippered utility pockets including the rather excellent vertically zipped sleeve pockets.
Basically what happens when someone asks:
“Can we make tiger stripe, but Turkish and slightly radioactive looking?”
Designed as actual field outerwear rather than a lightweight shirt, with plenty of room for layers underneath. Great piece of modern Turkish military surplus and a camouflage pattern you don't see nearly as often as the usual NATO woodland.
The original label identifies the manufacturer as Özyiğit Tekstil, production year 2015, and K.K.K. for the Turkish Land Forces.
